Summary |
In the wake of the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11, a particularly virulent example of anti-Semitic propaganda began to spread ; that no Jew had died because they had been warned to stay at home that day. This reflects myths promoted by "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion," a cornerstone treatise of modern anti-Semitism. Exploring how this document's influence continues into the present, Mr. Levin talks to sidewalk preachers, young people, Jewish religious leaders, anti-Semitic activists, prison radicals, the editor of an Arab-American newspaper, and a leader of the white supremacy group National Alliance. The film makes a powerful case, but the cumulative effect is enormous sadness that hate remains so strong and is so resistant to reason. |
