Cora J. Belden Library cards are available for Rocky Hill residents who fill out this application. If you live in another Connecticut town, please apply for a card in that town.
Once you submit this application, you will be able to request materials and access some online resources immediately.
All cards will be mailed to the address listed on this application. It will take several days to receive your new card. In order to check out library materials in person, once we re-open, you will need to bring the card, along with a picture id (adults) and proof of your Rocky Hill address, to the library.
