Summary In a dystopian kill-or-be-killed future, a Russian mobster hires ruthless mercenary Toorop to smuggle a mysterious young woman named Aurora and her caretaker from a convent in post-apocalyptic Russia to the glittering megalopolis of New York City. But as the trio flee to safety, Toorop discovers deadly secrets about Aurora involving a doomsday cult.
