Summary Includes two 30 minute workouts. Cardio boxing helps to lean out the waistline, sculpt fitter arms and firm up the lower body. Pump/Pyramid weight training increases strength, enhances muscle definition and improves overall fitness function. Pyramid training is a lifting workout for all levels of fitness. The weight load determines the level of intensity.
