Summary |
Edited by American suffragist Jane Addams, The Clash in Nevada: A History of Woman's Fight for Enfranchisement discusses the story of the fight for equal voting rights for women in Nevada, as told by other American suffragettes. As the last state on the west coast to embrace women's voting, women living in Nevada were becoming incensed with the lack of fight for women's rights in Nevada as opposed to their east-coast counterparts. This work includes the details of the Nevadan "clash" and who was involved in the movement. |
