Clara's father, a wandering pharmacist Martin, disappears without a trace, and a year later, the same fate befell his eldest son. The family, left without a livelihood, is in a critical situation. Klara decides to go to the capital of the principality to ask the ruler for help. She wants to follow in her father's footsteps and support her loved ones by acting as an itinerant apothecary. However, the road is difficult and dangerous, and the greatest danger lies in the face of a relative. Uncle Alois is eager to take possession of the treasure allegedly hidden by Clara's father. Fortunately, the girl is not alone - when she is accused of witchcraft, she can count on the support of Martha's friend. In addition, Tobias also watches over her, in whom the woman arouses not only genuine admiration. |
