Summary |
A collection of four classic American westerns. |
Kansas Pacific: A military officer is charged with the task of halting sabotage of the Kansas Pacific Railroad at the hands of Southern allies as it is extending west in the pre-dawning of the Civil War. |
Sante Fe Trail: Four West Point cadets are caught in the fury of John Brown's pre-Civil War insurrection in Kansas in this story of Jeb Stuart, his romance with Kit Carson Holliday, friendship with George Custer and battles against John Brown in the days leading up to the outbreak of the American Civil War. |
Vengeance Valley: A Westernized version of the biblical "Cain and Abel" parable in which rancher favors his ranch-hand, whom he has raised since boyhood, over his biological son. |
The Outlaw: The tale begins with law-enforcer Pat Garrett's ruse to trap and cage legendary outlaw Billy the Kid. But Billy is wise to the lawman's scheme and lies low at pal Doc Holliday's ranch. Trouble soon begins to brew, however, when The Kid falls for Doc's lover Rio (Jane Russell). |
