Summary With the driving of the golden spike in 1869, the first transcontinental railroad was completed in the United States. But this was only the beginning of a rapid expansion of railways that would crisscross the entire country. Starting from the East Coast, take control of a pioneer railroad company to build routes, pick up valuable cargo, and deliver needed goods to growing towns. Along the way, gain shares in other railroads and watch your reputation soar with each successful delivery. Then make a final push to complete long hauls to the boom towns of the West. Goal: To be the player whose railroad scores the most frame points.
