That all may change, however, with the rise of open data and big data. This book considers the role of the open data movement in fostering transformation, showing that at the heart of any successful mobilisation will be an emerging open data ecosystem and new ways for societal actors to effectively produce and use data. 588 0 Print version record. 590 JSTOR|bBooks at JSTOR Open Access 650 0 Information society|xSocial aspects. 650 7 LANGUAGE ARTS & DISCIPLINES|xJournalism.|2bisacsh 650 7 Reference, information and interdisciplinary subjects. |2bicssc 650 7 Research and information: general.|2bicssc 650 7 Information society|xSocial aspects.|2fast |0(OCoLC)fst00972779 650 7 Open Data.|2gnd 650 7 Massendaten.|2gnd 650 7 Informationsgesellschaft.|2gnd 700 1 Wessels, Bridgette,|eauthor. 700 1 Finn, Rachel L.,|eauthor. 700 1 Wadhwa, Kush,|eauthor. 700 1 Sveinsdottir, Thordis,|eauthor. 700 1 Bigagli, Lorenzo,|eauthor. 700 1 Nativi, Stefano,|eauthor. 700 1 Noorman, Merel,|eauthor. 776 08 |iPrint version:|aWessels, Bridgette.|tOpen data and the knowledge society.|dAmsterdam : Amsterdam University Press, [2017]|z9789462980181|w(OCoLC)974978358 914 ocn982228494 994 92|bSTJ
