Summary	These two works were produced as part of the mandate of Public Act 93-263 enacted by the Connecticut General Assembly in 1993. The new law established eleven regions and charged each with developing a cooperative interdistrict or regional plan to improve educational quality and performance, reduce barriers to opportunity, enhance student diversity and awareness of diversity, and
	address the programmatic needs of students with limited English proficiency. The first work is a working draft from the Windsor Advisory committee and the second is the final report from the Regional Planning Forum, Area Nine.
