Guided by Swiss cultural and literary theorist Sämi Ludwig, and deliberately migrating back and forth across a political border in the heart of Europe, they not only listened to Reed and discussed his work, but also looked more widely at the different meanings assigned to "multiculturalism" in the United States, Europe, and other parts of the world. This volume brings together their reflections. 588 Description based on print version record. 590 eBooks on EBSCOhost|bEBSCO eBook Subscription MasterFILE Reference Collection 650 0 Multiculturalism|vCongresses. 650 0 Multiculturalism|zUnited States|vCongresses. 650 7 Multiculturalism.|2fast|0(OCoLC)fst01028836 650 7 SOCIAL SCIENCE / Discrimination & Race Relations.|2bisacsh 650 7 SOCIAL SCIENCE / Minority Studies.|2bisacsh 650 7 Humanities.|2bicssc 650 7 Cultural studies.|2bicssc 650 7 Literature & literary studies.|2bicssc 651 7 United States.|2fast|0(OCoLC)fst01204155 655 0 Electronic books. 655 7 Conference papers and proceedings.|2fast |0(OCoLC)fst01423772 700 1 Ludwig, Sämi,|d1960-|eeditor. 776 08 |iPrint version:|tAmerican multiculturalism in context. |dNewcastle upon Tyne : Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2017|z1443816914|w(OCoLC)972780090 914 ocn974947430 994 92|bSTJ
