Summary |
Curiosity and playfulness lead Giddy, a young jackal, from his home in the jungle to a human village. Upon arrival, however, he panics and jumps for cover into several different colored pots of paint. Animals living in and around the village are awed by Giddy's colorful appearance, and assume that he is a god from another planet. They insist that he accept the crown as king, and Giddy accepts out of fear. Find out how young Giddy fares as king and if he is ever reunited with his family in this classic folktale from India. Discover some of the culture and traditions of India through the animations of this wonderful story. |
