| Summary |
A former United States Air Force general and three other convicts escape from a military prison. The four men take over a nuclear base and proceed to hold America hostage, threatening to launch the base's missiles if they don't receive ten million dollars and if the president fails to release a top-secret document on the Vietnam War. |
