Summary
Everyone at school is suddenly speaking their own made-up language and George can't make sense out of what anyone is saying. It's the grand opening of World Girl World, which sells dolls from every country and every girl in Elwood City is thrilled. Celebrity chef Ming Tsai is coming to judge Lakewood Elementary's first ever cooking contest and Arthur thinks he has a shot at winning. Buster volunteers to deliver the school mail and finds out that his new job is actually hard work.
