| Summary |
A beautiful actress lures Francesco, a hopeless romantic and naive Italian actor, to California in a whirlwind romance. However, shortly after he arrives in Los Angeles, he finds himself stranded as she abruptly leaves him when her boyfriend returns from a business trip. With nowhere to go in an unfamiliar country, Francesco reaches out to an old friend in New York City and stays with her in her small apartment. He finally gets a break as a waiter in a restaurant, where he grows from jilted ladies man to making the establishment successful by inventing a hit dessert called "fango." |
