FBI agent Dillon Savich and his wife, fellow agent Lacey Sherlock, rescue two kidnapped boys from a sibling pair of psychotic killers in Maryland before rushing off to California to save Dillon's sister from an art collector bent on acquiring the paintings left to her by her grandmother.
