Summary |
Mindfulness has been utilized to reduce psychological distress, physical pain, and medical symptoms. It has also been linked to improvements in well-being. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between measured levels of mindfulness and individuals' perceived quality of life and self-reported psychological symptoms. Seventy college students completed the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised, and the Quality of Life Inventory. |
