Summary Miss Nelson has a field day: Everyone at the Horace B. Smedley School is down in the dumps, until the arrival of the notorious Viola Swamp who takes it upon herself to whip the football team into shape for the big Thanksgiving Day game.
Miss Nelson is back: When the kids in Room 207 find out that their teacher, Miss Nelson, will be away for a few days, they prepare to act up, despite the likely appearance of Miss Viola Swamp, the meanest substitute in the whole world.
Splat the Cat: Splat is concerned his first day at cat school will not go well, so he takes along his mouse pal, Seymour. All is fine, until Seymour escapes and Splat learns that cats are supposed to chase mice!
The librarian from the black lagoon: When the class plans to visit the library for the first time, the students prepare themselves for the worst, a dark dungeon of rules and misery, run by creepy monster-like creatures who laminate children if they even whisper. Imagine their surprise when they are welcomed to a warm and friendly place, where a smiling librarian invites them to explore some of the fun and funny books they have to offer.
