Summary |
A dramatized global warming event triggers a barrage of epic natural disasters: tornadoes flatten Los Angeles, a tidal wave engulfs New York City and the entire Northern Hemisphere begins to freeze solid. An assortment of individual narratives are threaded together to follow the various catastrophes and their effects on local populations, including the stories of climatologist Jack Hall, his son Sam, and other small bands of survivors as they ride out the growing superstorm. |
