Summary
Professional dog trainer Cesar Millan sets out to bring peace to an apartment complex where the dogs are anything but neighborly. Also, Cesar meets two Chihuahuas and a Jack Russell Terrier that seem to want to fight to the death. It will be his task to pacify this unruly mob before one of them is hurt.
