Summary |
Parmie wants to take control over the Mafia connections in Staten Island. Sully is a dim-witted septic tank cleaner who is going to be a dad. Jasper works in a deli and gets caught up in Parmie's dealings. The lives of three ambitious men intersect when Sully decides to rob a local mob boss of $50,000. |
