"This book premises that human life depends upon the proper teaching of sex life and the science of eugenics to solve pressing social problems. It's guiding principles are self-knowledge, self-control, and the right conduct toward others, as posited by the leading authorities in physiology, psychology, sociology, education and medicine. It is intended to be used by parents as a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to direct and guide their children. As a guide to eugenics, it advocates using measures of physical appearance, health, behavior, and intelligence to judge which families display the greatest potential to produce genetically superior children.
