Summary This paper, given to a local Connecticut chapter of the Sons of the Revolution, was printed after the turn of the twentieth century. Though the Battle of Bunker Hill took place outside of Boston, Colonial militia from all over the New England colonies joined the conflict. It is no surprise then that historians from a number of states show academic interest in the engagement.
