| Summary |
In a future where every oil well on the planet runs mysteriously dry, criminal empires take over the planet as modern civilization collapses. Sunrise City is one such empire, bound by an eight-year peace accord to save itself as the world outside crumbles, but as the accord nears its end, rival factions fight for supremacy and position. Betrayed and left for dead, a former gang enforcer named Pilot navigates a political maze to find the thugs who took his wife, as well as the reasons why. Those reasons will lead him to the truth behind the world collapse and the secret dawning of mankind's new future. |
