Summary Bullied schoolboy, Arthur Braxton (James Tarpey) from a dysfunctional home discovers the girl of his dreams, Delphina (Rebecca Hanssen), in an abandoned Edwardian bathhouse. Unbeknownst to him, Delphina is a magical water-nymph and is kept alive by enchanted waters of the pool, a magic which is sustained through the ritual sacrifice of children. Arthur must fix his alcoholic father (Johnny Vegas), outsmart is bullies and the authorities, as well as stop the cycle of murder that sustains the bath house and its waters.
