Summary |
Rani Lakshmibai was chosen at age nine to become the future monarch of her people. Schooled in military tactics, she became a famed warrior-queen destined to lead her people in a battle against oppression and tyranny. The Tiger and the Flame is the first Technicolor film to be released in the Indian sub-continent, and is also hailed as India's greatest movie spectacle ever, with famous actors, marvelous song and dance, and grandiose settings. |
