| Summary |
In his screen debut, Above the law, Steven Seagal plays Nico Toscani, a tough-as-nails Chicago cop. After he is bounced from the force, he dares to fight drug-runners and other lowlifes on their own lethal terms. Hard to kill, the second film of Seagal's career, is a volatile tale of gunned-down L.A. detective Mason Storm, who awakens from a coma determined to find his would-be killers. |
