Summary |
Leave Me Alone has been designed to stimulate community debate as to what may or may not be sexual harassment and its consequences. Using a dramatised series of incidents set in a fictitious company, the film deals with the subject of sexual harassment in the workplace-what it is, the law and the responsibilities of management. The program presents the view that implementing good policy on sexual harassment has a positive effect both in retaining staff and saving money. Produced for The National Committee on Discrimination in Employment and Occupation at the request of the Sex Discrimination Commissioner Pamela O'Neil.
