Summary |
This DVD demonstrates how group members learn to participate in the "here and now process." Peg Carroll periodically stops the group and dialogues with a group of outside observers regarding the meaning of her interventions. The effects of setting norms, dealing with resistance, trust, silence, scapegoating, and negative feelings toward fellow members or the leader are demonstrated. Additional process issues that occur are analyzed as the group unfolds. Includes three parts: The Initial Stage, Reassessing Goals&Transition and Flight, and The Group in Conflict and in Summation. |
