Summary
The Matoran have rediscovered their original homeland, Metru Nui, and are preparing to return there for the first time in 1000 years. The six Turaga who rule the island of Mata Nui reveal that they too were once Toa, and guardians of Metru Nui but were too late to stop Makuta from plunging both the Matoran and the Great Spirit into unending sleep.
