Jack Devlin barely escapes the revolution of Iran in 1979, but he's determined to return for his girlfriend so he agrees to steal her arms-dealing father's client ledger. Of course, MI6 and the CIA continue to ask more of him once he's back in Tehran, and he finds himself caught between them and the KGB.
