| Summary |
The reptilian troll-like Saurians led by Zok attacks a crystal kingdom to steal the powerful crystals protected by the Empress. The crystals are broken into five pieces and hidden on Earth. After being thrown out the back door of a New York City club, an awful rock band known as the Rock Detectors finds the five magical stones, giving them troll-like appearances and special skills (not the least of which is playing good music). They are collectively known as The Protectors. |
