Summary Casper: "Ghost therapist" Dr. James Harvey and his daughter Kat arrive at drafty, old Whipstaff Manor. Its greedy owner, Carrigan Crittendon, has hired Dr. Harvey to exorcise the house's apparitions: a friendly but lonely young ghost named Casper, who's just looking for a friend, and his outrageous uncles Stretch, Stinkie and Fatso (The Ghostly Trio). If the plan works, she and Dibs, her partner-in-slime, can get their hands on the manor's fabled treasure. Casper finds a kindred spirit in Kat, but the Ghostly Trio will not tolerate "fleshies" in their house.
The little rascals: When Alfalfa falls for Darla, the very existence of the Little Rascals' "boys only" club is threatened.
Harry and the Hendersons: A chance car accident introduces the Henderson family to the real-life Bigfoot, who is anything but a ferocious monster. He quickly becomes a true friend of the family. They're soon in a race against the clock to return "Harry' to his natural environment before the authorities capture him.
Nanny McPhee can tame even the most unruly children with a tap of her magic walking stick. Her latest challenge is the bratty brood of a recent widower, Mr. Brown. He is under pressure to find a new wife or lose his much-needed allowance from wealthy Aunt Adelaide. His love for scullery maid Evangeline remains unspoken as he wincingly woos the eagerly merry widow Mrs. Quickly; but Brown's raucous rugrats have a plan to make things right, especially after they've come under the benevolent influence of Nanny McPhee, whose peculiar brand of discipline works wonders for everyone involved.
